Raw materials are introduced into the internal batch mixer according to our own special formula in order to obtain a compound which can best enhance the quality characteristics of the finished product.
The output from the internal batch mixer is then subjected to further treatment in the cylinder mixer. This operation guarantees maximum uniformity of the compound and allows it to move on to the next production phase.
The previously processed compound is subjected to extrusion and subsequent production of preformed rubber articles for use in the moulding phase.
The result of the compression moulding process using the hydraulic press is the finished product and conclusion of our production activities.
The finishing phase provides 2 different treatments depending on product. Shearing: the final product emerges through the use of a metallic silhouette. Trimming: the imperfections are eliminated to obtain a perfect product.
